Hi -- I did not know that any of ML's descendents went to California -- when all of Jeremiah's children, wife, her mother and brothers moved to Texas -- one son went to California -- I have no idea where and wonder if anywhere close to Lindsay,California -- this would have been in the 1840's.

Are you out in California?

I know that I have information somewhere of ML's descendents being in Arkansas and Louisiana -- I am just pulling from deep recesses of memory and will have to confirm -- please email me directly if you'd like. Do you have any knowledge of a Lucinda J. Francis Washam -- she was ML's mother; grandmother to his children..... Thanks, Kitty
