My mother was born 10/03/1946 in Galveston, TX. and put up for adoption. We were able to get the adoption record open and her birth mother's name was Ruth Kirby Parmer of Brownwood, TX. age 19. Father's name unknown. Any info will be greatly appreciated. Thank you
