Wanted to let you guys to know that David Stewart asked me if I would like to
be the Bastrop County Coordinator for rootsweb. I have accepted. A special
thanks to him for the work he has been doing and getting the site started.

I am in the process of transferring my files from the freepages page to the
Bastrop County Page. I think all the links work, with some of the links
going from the Bastrop page to the freepages page where the files are
currently located. So start at the Bastrop page to access information.

doesn't work or if the files get corrupted during upload.

I have also created a new email address to concentrate on Bastrop queries. I
have the other one also in case you have it in your address book. The new
one is and the old one is .

I hope to be able to work with all of you to get as much free information
on-line as possible. Working together and sharing information is my goal.
