Oops! blonde dye moment. I meant Falls County not Milam County. LOL
Thank you, Joe.
On the TxBell Cemetery list, a Barclay Cemetery is listed. Is there any
information on its location other than it being in Bell County?
In the BCHC book, "Story of Bell County", it states Barclay is in Falls
County but it serviced citizens of both counties.
I was going to get all excited about being a second generation born Bell
Countian (is that a word?). Missed it by an inth!
The BCHC book states there was a gin, mill, general store and a post
office. No mention of a hospital, so I'm thinking my Mom was born on the
farm near Barclay. Now to find where the farm was located. There's still
hope I'm second gen. Bell County born!
Take care,
Charlotte Allman
