Hi!

Can anyone tell me anything about the stone tower looking structure on an open lot near the church in Moffat?? It's age and original pupose?

Also, is the basic lot plan in Moffat the same as it was in the late 1800's when it was first platted by friends of the Moffat family. I'm sure additional roads have been added, or have they???

Any information is greatly appreciated.
