Hi, I am back searching for my folks after two months of recuperating.
I am still looking to trade info on my gr gr grandfather Wi lliam M.
Peppers,
b. 1817 TN. He m. Eveline Kincheloe, b. 1822, Blount Co.,AL. Their
dau,
Mary Jane Peppers b. 1841 ARK. This family of three came to TX in 1842,
settling in Milam Co.( now BELL Co, TX) on the Salado end of "Pepper
Creek"
named for this family. They were the first "white" settlers on this
Creek
according to the Texas Hand Book. Mary Jane Peppers m. Henry Jefferson
Dawson, b. 1835, GA. They were m. in 1857 in Uvalde, TX. 'would love to
hear from anyone related to or knowing of these dear souls. Dorice in
