I am looking for a marriage record for Henry Harrison MECOM and Amanda
Ellen
BIBB. The marriage would have been in 1867 or 1868.

I believe that they were divorced soon after the birth of their
daughter,
Etta, in Jan. 1869.

Can anyone tell me the best way to get a copy of marriage and divorce
records
in Bell County?
