Charlotte Allman,
The cemetery form on Lynna Kay's site works perfectly with Microsoft Access and is great tool to have on your laptop along with a GPS.

Jackie,
So everyone can see that wishes to, here is where to find it:
I found the survey form from the Tx-Cemetery-Preservation web site. The lady that owns the site is a wonderfully helpful person. Scroll down till you spot the link titled Cemetery/Gravemarker Indexing Form. I cut n pasted it to a word program on my computer to print it after tweaking it some so it would fit on one page.

I don't know anything about the pauper cemetery other than what I have already posted. I wish I could have helped with the Hillcrest Cemetery. That was a huge job and I could have helped with the load some and learned much. I believe Hillcrest being an active cemetery would already have the proper paperwork on record. Mountain View Cemetery (1880s) and others in Bell County are unkept and forgotten.
Vada Sutton didn't require this survey form. She wants the map, showing there are graves and where, with names and dates. When I start the survey, I want to be thorough.
Take care,
Charlotte Allman
