Judith, you can find two different index links and the actual images to the Bell County 1860 census on our census project page:

I did a quick look and did not find any reference to McClung. In 1850, Bell County was part of Milam County. I check the 1850 Milam County census index and did not see a McClung, either. We do not have the 1870 census index transcribed yet.
