I found out Bill Parks is William S. Parks and Fern is Helen "Fern Blocker. Bill (b 1/18/1895) and Fern were married on 7/4/1919 in Tulsa, OK. Bill passed away in 1964 in I think Louisiana. Fern remarried to Cecil Northern in 1983 in Williamson county, Texas. When Amy Culmsee Parks passed away in 1986 in Thornton, IL the funeral was in Austin, TX. A Cecil & Fern Northern of Georgetown, TX was in attendance.

Now looking for information on William S. Parks. I believe he is related to my grandfather Charles Arthur Parks.
