Dondald E. Wolfe------- Donald E. Wolfe, 68, of Temple, died Thursday, June 26 at a Temple Hospital. Services are pending with Sheffield Funeral Home in Temple. Visitation will be 6-8 P.M. today at the funeral home.

Donald E. Wolfe------Services for Donald E. Wolfe, 68, of Temple will be at 2 P.M. today at Seaton Brethren Church with the Reverand Joe Emerson officiating. Burial will be in Seaton Cemetery.
He died Thursday, June 26, in a Temple hospital.
Mr. Wolfe was born in Eddy to Clarence Wolfe and Lena Alsup wolfe. He moved to the Sherman-Dension area at an early age. He graduated from Tom Bean High School in 1952, and from the Western Union Telegraphy School in Oklahoma City in 1952. He worked 20 years for Western Union and was the manager of the Temple Western Union office until 1971. During the Lyndon Johnson presidency, Mr. Wolfe operated the teletype for the press when President Johnson was in Texas. He was a rancher and real estate broker until his retirement. He had been a member of the Temple-Belton board of Realtors, the National Association of Realtors and SPJST. He married Annette Chlapek on December 10, 1966. He was a member of Seaton Brethren Church, where he served on the board of elders in various positions. At the time of his death, he was serving as missions director.
Survivors are his wife, of Temple; a brother, Fred Wolfe of Whitewright; and a sister, Alice Burnaman of Shepherd.
