This is a very puzzling request. I looked for obits on these two today. Frank Benjamin was a 65 year old white man. There is no obit in the Temple paper but he is listed in the Texas Death Index as dying in Bell Co. So, I checked the city directories for 1979 and 1980 and he was not listed in either. I'm thinking he may have been a patient at the VA hospital or one of the other 3 hospitals in town but did not have any relatives in Bell Co.
Richard Jay Bullock was a 2 year old black boy who died in a fire in his apartment. His mother was Sandra Bullock but his father is not listed. I do have his obit and the article about the fire if you are interest. Let me know, cindy
