Hello All:
I'm doing research on an object in the museum's collections and I'm hoping
to get some help from the list. The object has the name PHASAELUS BELL
punched into it, and was found about 2 miles east of Holland. I've searched
online and have only found one reference to the name: someone named
Phasaelus Bell received a Homestead Patent in Scott Co., AR in 1860. I
thought that since the name is so unusual, it might very well be the same
man, but of course I can't be sure without additional info. I'm hoping that
there is someone on the list who has run across the name during genealogical
research and might be able to help me acquire some additional information
about him.
Any and all help would be greatly appreciated!
Sincerely,
Amanda Thompson Dyer
