Martha Emiline Nix was the daughter of Benjamin Nix and Sarah A. Nix (Nix is her maiden name). Benjamin and Sarah were 1st cousins. I have found a marriage record in Lafayette County, AR for Martha and William K. Johnston. I have the census records for the Johnston children in 1880 Bowie County. There were living with William A. and Caldonia Russell, and Benjamin and Emily Nix.
