I have no relation to Jesse Dolph but I did find a little info for you. Not
sure what you have.

I find on the social security indexes a Jesse Dolph, social security number
of 702-12-2341. He was born December 4, 1910 and died May 1980. His middle
name was James and the index indicated he may have been a long-time or
retired railroad worker.

>From the U.S. Federal Census, 1930, I find a Jesse Dolph, Age 19, born in
Arkansas, race white. At the time of the census, he lived in Texarkana, TX.
His father apparently lived in Texarkana, TX at the time of the 1930 census
as I find a Jesse H. Dolph, age 78.

I also find a marriage reference for a Jesse Dolph, no date or middle initial
or state. He married a Cynthia Ann Hunter. This was posted by
