Mrs. Sheffield was "SHEFFIELD, Jennie Lawrence, b Mar 1, 1856, d Aug 11, 1933" buried in Alvin's Confederate Cemetery.
Carrie S. Barnum was the daughter of John and Carrie Barnum. John and Carrie were b. in NY and Carrie S., in Iowa. They are on the 1900 Brazoria County census.
Helen Wissner, daughter of John and Koza Wissner, was b. in Iowa in 1882. Her parents were both born in Germany. They are on the 1900 Brazoria census with Helen listed as Ellenor.
