Frank is found in the home of Isabelle Whitmire in Houston on the 1930
census.
I suspect that the name Chizer was either mispelled, spelling changed; or
the family changed their name at some time. It happened often. They may have
earlier been listed under their mother's family surname.
Have you looked at the other Chizer families in Brazoria in 1920. They do
not appear again in 1930 census.
Will look around a bit more.
