My personal suggestion, if you don't have good anti-virus programs, get a
yahoo e-mail account just for this reason. They do tend to keep up on the
recent viruses, although NOTHING is fool proof. Forward ANY email with an
attachment to this new email account of yours & scan with their easy to use
scan program.
It might keep you from cleaning up a mess on your computer.
