You might think about contacting a Fernando "Fred" Pruneda who has been an active member of the Lockhart community for a number of years now,,,as a law enforcement officer, member of the Catholic Church and other civic organizations. Obviously I wouldn't know if he would be related to your specific search or not,,,but knowing Fred as I do I bet he would be willing to at least try and help you out either way!
You can find Fred's phone number and address in Lockhart listed on any of the electronic phone books such as www.anywho.com as an example.
