I checked out the TX Divorce records. Seems like your folks divorced in Travis Co. Have you hunted there for your dad?

Was your father to have more Miller family here?? If so there might be some still around..

I know there is a Miller's Seafood.

I will try to do somemore digging.

OH did your parents have a big wedding?? If so I might be able to find the marriage announcement in the local paper. That might help in finding relatives of his.
