Hi Jack----My name is Shirley Dunlap Parker and I am looking for My Dawdy Family...They are: Howell Blythe Dawdy; Mernerva E. Walker? Dawdy and their children were: John C.; Napolian Bonaparte; Catherine C.; Minerva E.(my g-grandmother-her married name was JOHNSON); Martha D.; Benton B.; Jerusha J.; Parthena T.; Henson W.; Maria A.; and Marquis D...My dad could also remember a Jack Dawdy; Kern Dawdy; Peck Dawdy (probably nicknames of the above) coming to visit his g-mother in the 1920's in Haskell, Texas...I realize that you may not know these people, but I would appreciate your looking over the names to see if they are part of your family....I have been searching a long time and would really like to find some of My Dawdy's and talk to them...Also, seemed odd that you are looking for some JOHNSON'S since my gg-mother and g-mother were Johnsons....MAYBE, my Johnson's are kin to the Johnson's you are looking for....My email address is SNJPARKER @AOL.COM...I anxiously await you!
