My name is Brenda Star. I think we've been in contact before. I am also a descendant of Robert Lee Mcneelan.
I see you have Ida Iola Mcneelans birthplace as Pensacola, Fla. This may be incorrect. Some sources claim she was born there others claim she was born in Texas. I previously thought she was born in Pensacola but today i'm not sure.

On the 1900 census Martha Roland McDavid is listed as living with Lee and Ida. Her birthplace is listed as Fla. and birth month as October of 1834. She gave birth to 9 children 5 of which were living in 1900.

As far as I know there are no photographs of these people. If she was living with Lee and Ida when she died, then her family papers and such should have been left with them. Lee died in 1915 or 1916 and Ida died in 1917. Which left my Grandpa Ferrell Thomas Mcneelan as head of the house. Grandpa moved around so much that he probably lost a lot of the things Martha left or they burned up in the house fires during the 1940's. Our luck. Of course some other descendant may have pictures, but I haven't heard of any. Have you? Brenda
