Baby Magdaly Monserrat Garcia, entered into eternal rest with the Lord on
Friday, Dec. 22, 2006, at Valley Regional Medical Center. Visitations were
held on Tuesday, Dec. 26, 2006. Time and place of burial is pending.
Funeral

Brownsville, 3955 Coffee Port Rd. (956) 544-1171.





Edis Ventura, 54, passed away on Saturday, Dec. 23, 2006 at Valley Regional
Medical Center in Brownsville. If anyone knows any of her family members,
please call the funeral home at (956) 544-1171. Funeral arrangements are
pending under the direction of Guerra Funeral Home of Brownsville, 3955
Coffee Port Rd. (956) 544-1171.




MARIA JOSEFINA BENAVIDES
Maria Josefina Benavides, 78, went into eternal rest on Dec. 26, 2006
surrounded by her loving family. She was born on March 19, 1928.

Mrs. Benavides is preceded in death by her parents, Feliciano and Rosa
Herrera.

Mrs. Benavides is survived her loving husband, Napoleon Benavides;
children,
Sylvia Coronel (Felix Coronel), Napoleon Benavides Jr. (Odalia Benavides),
Bertha Ibarra; grandchildren, Andrew Coronel, Miroslava and Trey Smith,
Deyanira, and Franco Medrano, Jorge Luis Ibarra, Jr., and Erica Ibarra,
Kristy Coronel, Napoleon Benavides III, Nicole Benavides;
great-grandchildren, Derrek Lee Ibarra, Dominic Zamora Ibarra, Millard
Smith; brothers and sisters, Julia Herrera, Feliciano Herrera, Benedicta
Herrera.

Visitation will be held from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. on Wednesday, Dec. 27, 2006,
with a recitation of the Holy Rosary at 7p.m. at Funeraria Del Angel Buena
Vista.

Mass of a Christian Burial will be held at 10 a.m. on Thursday, Dec. 28,
2006 at Holy Family Catholic Church.

Committal service will immediately follow at Buena Vista Burial Park.

Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to the care of Funeraria del Angel
Buena Vista, cemeteries, mausoleums, and crematory 125 McDavitt Blvd.
