It has been awhile since I threw my info out, so I thought I would today and
see what happens. Here goes:

William Johnson HUMPHREY b 21 Oct 1821 in GA & d 20 Mar 1879 in Cass Co, TX.
He married Nancy E. MILNER b 4 Oct 1830 & d 22 Feb 1853 in Tallapoosa Co, AL
on 30 Oct 1845.
.....Malinda Ann b abt 1846 in AL & d 17 Sep 1928 in TX
.....Thomas D. b 15 feb 1848 in AL & d 15 Jul 1875 in TX
.....William Jesse b 30 Sep 1849 in AL & d 17 Dec 1930 in TX
.....David Hopkins b 4 Apr 1851 in AL & d 11 Sep 1927 in TX
.....Mary Elizabeth b abt 1853 in AL & d 30 Dec 1929 in TX

After Nancy's death William went to Troup Co, GA and wed Sarah English WHEELER
in 1853. Sarah was born in GA on 25 May 1830 & died 17 Aug 1899. They then
moved to MS. They had the following children:
.....Nancy Jane b 25 Feb 1855 in MS & d aft 1928 in TX
.....Sarah Eldie b abt 1857 in MS & d bef 1927 in TX
.....George Hezeliah b 17 Jun 1861 in TX & 1 Jan 1917 in TX
.....Mollie R. b 18 Jul 1865 in TX & d 2 May 1949 in TX
.....Johnnie b abt 1867 in TX
.....Robert b abt 1871 in TX
Sarah had a sister Nancy Jane living with them in 1860 TX.

Williams parents may have been Thomas HUMPHREY and Malinda JOHNSON. They had
at least two other children: George W and David Crockett. One or both of the
parents died prior to 1843. David was indentured to his uncle Brice Chisum
JOHNSON for a period of 7 years. He was found living with his brother George
in 1850 census. David moved to Cass Co, TX near his brother in 1870 but then
moved to other parts of TX.

I have much more info and will be glad to share with anyone. Any info or
