In the Cass County Census Precinct 3 lists CUSETTA as the area
for that precinct. I wondered where Cusetta might be. I discovered
that my map book THE ROADS OF TEXAS shows the location
of many area that are now not necessarily on the current Texas
maps. On Page 40 of that book it shows CUSETTA as being
SOUTH of Highway 77, between Naples and Douglasville. Actually it is
closer to Marietta but east of it. I don't know if Marietta is on the
state maps but it is still in the Roads of Texas book Also those of
you who grew up in Cass County as I did may remember that there
was a munitions plant between Karnak and Caddo Lake. This plant
area is also shown on the map in the book. Even the little county
roads are shown. As you can see....I recommend the map book.
