James & Lavina (Levinia) Williams are not Williamson as you hoped on the 1850 Cass County Census. James & Levinia (my GG grandparents) moved to Hopkins County by 1860. James died in 1857 and both are buried in Oakland Cemetery in Sulphur Springs.

Hope you have had better luck searching for your James Williamson than I have searching further back for my James Williams.
