Nannie and Henry are listed in the 1930 census in Lubbock County, Texas. In that census, Nannie says she was born in 1869 in Tennessee and states that both her parents are from Tennessee.

As a followup.. The JH Kirkland listed in the 1930 Cass County census is a different person.
