Greetings,

I am researching the Alpheus WICKWARE family that moved to Cherokee County
from Kentucky. Alpheus married Catherine (Kit) PULLIAM in 1837 in KY and the
family moved to TX in 1839. Alpheus' half-brother Samuel went with them.
Alpheus and Kit had four children that we know of: Lee Ann; Alphonso;
Phidellar; and Mary Helen.

Lee Ann WICKWARE married first a Byrd and then Noah Frank Looney. My name is
Rick Wickwire and I am one of the coordinators of a group of about 300
families working on the WICKWARE and WICKWIRE genealogy. If anyone has any
information on this family we would certainly appreciate hearing from them
and sharing information.
