Is anyone researching this family? I am researching Summers line (my
ancestor was William Summers/Elizabeth Isabell Youree) who were from Rutherford Co.
TN Tabitha Summers was related to William (her father was Thomas Summers, who
was uncle of my William) I believe her mother was Mary Keel - at least she
was deeded land by a Thomas Keel in Rutherford Co. TN and identified as his
niece.

Am interested in sharing Summers info with anyone researching the Summers
families in TX - especially Tabitha's line and the others who were
nieces/nephews/ cousins and from NC This is one very confusing family! Especially since
all of them NC & TN tended to marry into the same Lowe, Belt, Ellis, Jacobs,
Gaither, and other MD/NC/TN families.
