Hi !

Hurricane Ivan is bearing down on the NW FLA GULF COAST. I live in
Pensacola and we may get the brunt of this thing or be in the NE Quadrant
if it passes a little WEST of us. The NE Quadrant is the "bad side" of a
Hurricane, for wind damage and Tornado activity.This may cause us to loss
power for several days or weeks. We have been alerted, by the Power
Company, to be prepared for this. The Power Companies are really stressed
with 3 in a row and another one brewing in the South Atlantic. If this
happens and power is down, I will be back on-line AS SOON AS HUMANLY
POSSIBLE. I'm letting you know so that you DON'T THINK I'M A.W.O.L. ---I AM
NOT.

IF SOMEONE WOULD LIKE TO MONITOR THE LIST FOR ME, WHILE I'M "DOWN", PLEASE
REPLY TO ME, PRIVATELY.

YOU WILL NOT HAVE TO WORRY ABOUT THE "MECHANICS OF THE LIST"...JUST HELP
OTHER MEMBERS, AS NEEDED.

I WILL ACKNOWLEDGE ANY REPLIES AND ANNOUNCE , TO THE LIST, WHO WILL BE
DOING THIS ,IN MY ABSENCE.
