I read your e-mail about access to private cemetaries. I was wondering if you
know anything about laws governing cemetary foundations in Texas. My
great-grandparents and my grandparents are buried in a cemetary governed by a
foundation. The cemetary is not well kept and the people who run the foundation refuse
to divulge financial information. Do you know how I can access any
information about this problem? Thank you.
