I am trying to get information regarding my great-grandfather John Wesley Henson. He was born in Alabama on Sept 7, 1844. He married Ophelia A. Merritt on Dec. 14, 1865 in MS. From information I have found, he may have been killed at, or near, Farmersville on Nov. 25, 1886. He is buried in Clinton Cemetery. Ophelia is buried at Gotebo, OK. Any information regarding this person or his family would be appreciated.
