30th Annual Meeting of the GTHS, German-Texan Heritage Society
October 9-10, 2009

sign-up deadline this Friday, Sept 18.After the 18th the price goes up $5 I think

Friday, October 9
1 to 5 pm - 4 genealogy workshops
7 pm -buffet by Granzin's Meat Market and Naegelin's Bakery
8-10 pm - "Meet the German-Texan Authors" session with 12 authors
Saturday, Oct 10
9 to 5 pm - more speakers, entertainment during breaks by folk dancers,
chorus, polka band, classical ensemble and maybe a skit and a puppet show.
7 to 10 pm - dinner with German film afterwards

I'm staying at a less expensive hotel 2 miles away, traveling expenses on my
various neglected Centennial lectures are adding up. :(
