Ector County is up for Adoption.

I have helped with the Ector County website for many years and due to family obligations I now have 2 babies.... 2/1 and 8 months to care for ;-)

I am unable to maintain all the Genealogy websites that I have been affiliated with.... Many have been adopted that I have had the pleasure to build and work on... over the years and at one time had 12 counties that I maintained... whew..

Ector county is a LARGE site with may records and photos online... there is so much more information that could be added if someone that was close enough to retrieve the information and add it.

I have added, copied and typed the Death index from the beginning of records to abt 1970 and put them online, also the probate index and photos of the cemeteries among other death and birth indexes.... etc..

I am hoping someone that has an interest in this county will adopt it and enhance and add to what has been put online...

if you are interested in Ector County contact me. Jimmy Kerr emailed me and asked to find a new CC he too has moved from Odessa and is busy with his work obligations...
