The Cotton Palace and Cox Dept Store were both in Waco.
Powers Chapel is several miles from Rosebud. I think that the Dee
Roll Brown Library in Rosebud has an inventory of the markers in Powers
Chapel Cemetery.
Waco is not in Falls County but has a good genealogy library. They
could also put you in touch with the Central Texas Genealogical society.
