Hi, Theresa:
I'm looking for information on the Barnett family who lived in Marlin in the
30s - ???. I don't know much about them but will share what I know.

My ggrandfather, ANDREW JACKSON BARNETT, lived with and died in the home of
his son J. WILLIAM BARNETT in Marlin, Falls County, TX. ANDREW JACKSON
BARNETT was born May 31, 1849 and died January 11, 1934. Another of his
sons, J.(Jim) H. BARNETT lived in Marlin also.

The other siblings were: A. C. BARNETT of Houston, R. E. BARNETT, born
(where, unknown) May 17, 1891 of Galveston, and H. Y. BARNETT of Edinburg,
and a daughter, Mrs. Alma BARNETT CRAWFORD of Houston.

I don't have a clue how long my Barnett family was in Marlin, but maybe you
will be able to shed some light on Andrew, J. (Jim) and J. William Barnett.
