I am searching for info on Bumpas family. Leonidus (Leon) "Lee" married
Rose Etta
Maloy. Lee was born in Person Co.,NC around 1859. My father Leon "Bill"
Theodore Bumpas,Jr.was born at Farmersville,Tx 12/11/1905. The family
later moved to Bryan
Co. Okla. They lived near Durant,Okla. There were 7 children born to Lee
and Rose.
Rose later remarried John Wesley Martin and had 1 child. If you have any
info on
the Bumpas/Maloy/Driggers/Sirkle families, please contact me. Rose Etta
was born at Bonham,Tx.
in 1879.
