Thanks for the reply, however, I don't recognize a J. B. Mitchell as being one of mine. There was a George and an Oliver Mitchell, half-brothers to my Joseph, both from TX. George passed away on 27 Dec 1981 in Greenville, TX, his daughter's name was Karen who may still live in Greenville, but I don't know her married name.

Hello, I don't know if it helps, but I knew a J.B.Mitchell who moved to
Levelland, TX.in the 1950's. J.B. passed away in 2001. I don't know his
wife's name or if she is still living, but his son is named Byron and I
believe living in Ruidoso,NM.
