Does anyone know whether or not the probate clerks have access to an index of
wills for the 1880-1900 timeframe? I have been trying to reach Jodie at the
courthouse for an answer to this question, but she has not replied.

I ask because I am looking for a specific will (Joseph ALLEN) in that
timeframe ... I don't have a date of death. I would like to know if that is
enough info for a search, or I need to hold off and wait until I get more info
(maybe never).
