In the 1860 Fannin County census, George W. Jones is listed with his wife,
Nancy J. They are listed by initial, G. W. Jones, N. J. Jones. I have found
a marriage record for them in Fannin for 1858. What I haven't found is what
happened to them. I am interested in finding out if they stayed in Fannin
County, had children, death dates and burial places. I am also interested
in finding names of parents and siblings for Nancy.

George W. Jones was an older brother to my great grandfather, Lewis Jones.
Lewis is listed as a 12 year old living with them. George was born in 1835
in Tennessee, Lewis born 1848 in Tennessee. They are in Fayette County, TN
in the 1850 census with parents, Thomas Jones and Margarite Allen Jones. The
mystery is what happened to the family after 1850 census. I have been unable
to find any members of the family other than George and Lewis in 1860.

If anyone can help with the mystery of George and Nancy, I would greatly
appreciate the help.
