Well folks, nominations have closed for TXGenWeb's SC election. We had
four nominations for SC:
Shirley Cullum,
Elaine Martin,
Trey Holt, &
Bettie Wood.
Elaine & I declined the nomination, while Shirley accepted. Trey did
not respond. This means we only have one "candidate". The plans were
to have an election even if there was only one candidate. Some of you
have said there was no sense in having a voting period. Since there is
only one candidate, who is clearly the winner, do you want to go ahead &
vote anyway?
