I descend from John Moses Martin, son of Benjamin Vincent Martin and Lucinda
Hughs, who was born March 27, 1852 in Bairdstown, Lamar County, TX. He
married Mary Frances Witworth, daughter of John Whitworth and Frances Boswell,
who was born June 18, 1860 in Montgomery County, VA. They were married
December 2, 1880 in Bairdstown, Lamar County, TX. John Moses Martin died
June 27, 1924 in Thurber, TX. Mary Frances Martin died December 5, 1920
in Erath County, TX. One of their daughters (my line) was Mary Leona Martin.
She was born August 16, 1882 in Lamar County, Tx. She married Aubra Morton
Barrett. Looking for others who have researched or are researching this
line. Willing to share info. Thanks.
