I believe I have heard the name Effie Hightower and they may have migrated over the state line to Oklahoma near Idabel.(this is where I live near Idabel at Valliant) However, I looked in the Paris, Texas phone book and there are several Hightowers in there. Do you want me to give you the phone numbers of some of them?
I am almost certain that I have heard the name Effie Hightower in this area where I live.
