Notes: LAMAR COUNTY ECHO, February 24, 1983, p.4. 'Mrs. Juanita Detherrow, of Medical Plaza Nursing Home, died Friday, Feb. 18 at the nursing home. Graveside services were scheduled for 11 a.m. Monday, Feb. 21 at Evergreen Cemetery with the Rev. Felix Keys officiating. Mrs. Detherrow was born April 28, 1906 in Denison, a daughter of John W. Gibson and Eunice Shaeffener. She married W. D. (Dave) Detherrow on May 29, 1932. He preceded her in death Aug. 11, 1966. Survivors include three sisters; Miss Helen M. Gibson of Temple, Mrs. Louise Dodson of Paris, Mrs. Jim A. Nix of Midland; two brothers, David M. Gibson of Temple, William D. Gibson of Belton; and several nieces and nephews.'
