Yes, the book "170 Years of Cemetery Records of
Milam Co., Texas" is in the Lucy Hill Patterson
Memorial Library in Rockdale as well as purchased by
the Clayton Genealogy Library here in Houston ...

The problem is not with PERSONAL USE of the cemetery
book at the library but information from the book
being used in a PUBLIC VENUE by answering or
responding to look-ups or queries ...

Again, there is no problem using the books at the
library or buying a copy for your PERSONAL USE ...
The problem is you cannot use the information from
those books in a NON-PERSONAL manner, i.e.,
responding to look-up or queries posted on PUBLIC
mailing lists or message boards ... Once you take it
OUTSIDE OF PERSONAL USE, you then violate the
copyrights ...
