Wuensche

THORNDALE – Charles Roy Wuensche, 67, of Thorndale, died at his residence, Saturday, Jan. 3, 2004.

Celebration of Life services were at 2 p.m. Wednesday, Jan. 7 at St. Paul Lutheran Church in Thorndale with Pastor James Mann officiating. Burial followed in the church cemetery.

Mr. Wuensche was born March 30, 1936 in Williamson County, near Thorndale. He was a lifelong resident of the Thorndale area. He worked as a tractor and auto mechanic in the Taylor and Thorndale area.

Mr. Wuensche was self employed as a mechanic for more than 20 years. He enjoyed hunting, fishing and ranching. He married Alice Susan on July 21, 1962 at the Brethren Church in Taylor. Mr. Wuensche was a member of St. Paul Lutheran Church of Thorndale.

He is preceded in death by his father.

He is survived by his wife, Alice Wuensche of Thrall; son, Karl Wuensche and wife Sherry of Thorndale: daughter, Kristi Wuensche of Somerville; mother, Freida Wuensche of Thorndale; brothers, Leroy Wuensche and wife Shirley of Thrall, Bobby Wuensche and wife Ruth of Taylor, Freddie Wuensche and wife Carol and Leonard Wuensche, all from Thorndale; sister, Evelyn Felfe of Thorndale; four grandchildren, Lisa Wuensche, Amy Wuensche, Charity Patranella and Scott Patranella.
