thanks for the information, everyone is so helpful.
i've just received information from anna belle bryan, that takes my family
line back TWO more generations - through mississippi and georgia...
thanks to anna belle, and i'm sending a letter to her via the old fashioned
pony express!
the only thing i can think of would be a marriage certificate between my
gr-grandparents; king midas "kirk" runnels, and bessie leita mccary (or
mccrary) - i would guess between 1900 and 1904
thanks again for your help, and if you can find anything, i'll have to add
you to the "christmas" list!!!
