Elaine and I have worked too hard, and other folks have submitted tooooooo
much information to give Gloria (who would be the first one to tell you that she
is not the Upshur Co site) credit for being the Upshur County site.

We have given her permission to link to some of the Upshur Co cemeteries so
that there would be more than one place for researchers.

I am sure if you use the txgenes site......it will come up just
fine..............BUT no there is not a plat.

I am sure that one of the wonderful Upshur Co listers will know the proper
person to contact........
