I am searching for information on a family of 12 children that were taken away from their birth mother in Wharton, TX. and taken to Texas City, TX. and put up for adoption. One of which was adopted in Galveston, TX. He was born 11/08/1949 and he is searching for his siblings. Any information would be greatly appreciated.
