I'm new to this list, but feel sure there is a great deal of expertise in
this nice group. Any information would be greatly appreciated.

My ggGrandfather, Francis Abraham DREW, born Plymouth, ENGLAND, arrived in
the USA (probably between 1810 and 1831) and was married in NY 6/21/1831,
and naturalized in 1838. I have been unable to locate him on any
passenger lists at Washington, DC Archives or on the Internet.

Does anyone have any suggestions how I might determine the ship and date of
his arrive? He was living in NY in 1833, as his first son was born there.

His wife was Bridget ROPER from Belleshanin, IRELAND, and I have the
intuition that they arrived in the US about the same time, if not on the
same ship...and married shortly therafter.
